Please be ensure that all is good and not broken (as your useing) during your stay to avoid any complications, if you find anything that is broken or spoil, please inform us immediately.

Foot mat and kitchen towel are already provided. Please do not use hand towels and face towels as foot wipes or kitchen wipes. If this happens, the deposit will be deducted RM20 per towel.

Make sure not to eat in the pool. If there is food waste in the pool, you will be charged RM50 for cleaning purposes.

Smoking is prohibited inside villa area. You will be charged RM100 for cleaning recovery fee if the cigarette smell remains after check out.

No pet.

No alcohol.
