1. What time can I check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM.

2. Do you allow early check in and late check-out?
Requests for early check-in and late check-out are honored but subject to availability & no back to back guest.

3. DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING IN PROPERTY? IN THE ROOMS?
We are a 100% non-smoking homestay . Out of concern for all of our guests, Villa Tihani has been designated as a non-smoking premise. You will be charged RM200 for cleaning recovery fee if the cigarette smell remains after check out.

4. DO YOU OFFER ROOM SERVICE?
We do not provide room service.

5. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS CAN STAY IN PROPERTY?
The maximum number of occupants are 8 ADULTS . 4 pax amenities will be provided. No extra bed will be provided.
